
Custom Design Policies
-A deposit of 50% of a base costume estimate (provided upon inquiry) is required to reserve space in my schedule and begin the design process.
-If an order must be cancelled, the deposit will be returned minus 10%, or the total payment of any hours worked up until that point, whichever is higher.
-Full payment is due upon completion, before the costume is picked up/shipped.
-Shipping fees are to be paid by the buyer and are not included in the costume price. Costumes above $500 are shipped with insurance for their full value.
-All costume sales are final and cannot be returned
-Any modifications/alterations to the completed costume will be invoiced above the agreed upon price of the costume. This includes alterations required due to growth or weight change, as well as design changes requested after the completion of the costume.
-Not all requests for changes to design are possible within my schedule and will be accepted at my discretion. Alterations for fit will be accepted whenever possible.
